Q4HE has teamed up with numerous organizations across the US to support programs designed to address health inequities by expanding access to care, reducing preventable health risks, and closing gaps in both care and resources. This virtual event convened leaders including the United Way of New York city President & CEO Sheena Wright, Revs. Al Sharpton and Calvin O. Butts III, and others. CHL has established public health navigators in 120 churches across 13 states trained to provide access to COVID-19 testing and vaccinations and other health resources to address health disparities and inequities. This important discussion highlights key ways we can work together to educate and support the community in the fight against COVID-19.
