How we select initiatives
Q4HE is open to collaborating in unique and innovative ways to impact social determinants of health in marginalized communities.
We select initiatives based on alignment to our mission, a demonstrated focus on low-income communities and communities of color, and the potential for sustainable impact.
Please note that we are only accepting submissions for programs located in our focused geographies: Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles and Miami metro areas.
How we can help
Q4HE’s focus is to provide support in the manner it can be most impactful. This includes but is not limited to, in-kind donations of diagnostic testing, services and information, grants for health equity programs and/or research, and program development collaboration.
